Hello, my name is Brad H. Spencer. I am a licensed NC Asbestos Inspector. I have been doing asbestos inspections for over 30 years. I work with individuals, fire departments and city governments. I am available for asbestos inspections in any area of NC.

Asbestos Prices
Samples are taken of all suspect materials and analyzed by an
accredited lab. Price on houses range from $350.00 to $500.00 on average. Prices may vary due to the amount of samples required to take for analysis. * Please call for a quote on commercial buildings.
Home Inspection Prices
Home inspection includes: foundation, structural, HVAC, plumbing, interior and exterior of the home as well as roof, windows and electrical, ect. Prices are as follows:
1000 - 2000 heated sq.ft. $ 375.00
2001 - 2500 heated sq.ft. $ 450.00
2501 - 3000 heated sq. ft. $ 525.00
3001 - 3500 heated sq. ft. $ 600.00
3501 - 4000 heated sq. ft. $ 650.00
4001 - 5000 heated sq. ft. $ 700.00
5000+ heated sq.ft. Call for pricing
Radon testing done with a home inspection: $100.00
Mold Inspections:
(2) air samples are taken: one outside and one inside the house in order to compare types and levels of mold spores. These samples are analyzed by an accredited lab. Price: $375.00
Mold Remediation: Call for pricing
